Motorized Infantry in Rough Terrain

Gents-
Does Motorized Infantry have the AFV / Combat Vehicle CV halving malus in dense (i.e. rough) terrain?
I am aware that:
(3) Mountain and type 0 non-motorized combat units are more effective during battles that take place in a mountain hex (15.6.2.3).
