Serial Number Issues

I purchased this product years ago. I have also installed it a long time ago. But I just got a new machine and am trying to reinstalled it so I downloaded the new version (CommanderEuropeGoldPC) but it says I have an invalid Serial Number.
???
Also, the download said it was 3.0 but when I run it it said it was 1.12.
???
Maybe its no longer supported?
