Alexandria supply bug?

Hallo.
It's Allied land movement, Sept/Oct 1941, mostly rainy but fine in Med, and the UK units in Alexandria, Egypt, are shown as out of supply.
This seems odd, as (a) they can trace a basic supply path to Cairo, and (b) there is then a convoy in the Red Sea that connects to the resource convoy chains - so the units should conceivably be able to trace supply to any CW home country save possibly for New Zealand.
Is this a bug, or am I miscalculating/miscounting?
