1. CW, USA and Free France Declare War on Vichy France.
2. The CW ground strike two targets in Metropolitan Vichy France, which makes Vichy hostile to the CW.
3. The US invades Toulon, which makes Vichy hostile to both the CW and US.
4. No more invasion capable units in the West Med, either US or CW, can also invade Toulon.
