I have a campaign that I started in WiE and then converted to WaW and now want to convert back to WiE (now that it has the 1.16 bells and whistles. I really only play WiE, anyway). I'm wondering how I should do this. I remember that it was a bit of a pain going WiE to WaW but that was probably my fault! So, I'd like to do it right this time.

Long, short - how do I convert from WaW campaign to WiE campaign? Thanks.

[Edit]: Found the Campaign Conversion tool in the Extras folder. That will be it.
[Edit]: Nope. Can't open the WaW cgn for the campaign.
[Edit]: Created new campaign with same map size. Imported data from WaW camapaign. Everything is OK except the wrong sprites show by #COUNTRY_ID. I have started another thread for that.

Hi El Condoro,

Opening one campain from WaW within WiE and vice versa will unfortuantely no longer be an option going forward as we roll the next set of updates, but exporting and then importing the data is a workaround but will require some adjustments to the sprites and possibly a few other minor areas as needed.

I'll take a look at the other thread to see if I can help address any further issues you might have.
