1.16 English Manual and Strat guide

After the 1.16 update:
Attempting to open the (English) Manual from the Splash screen doesn't do anything.
Got an error trying to open the Manual from within the game. Error says the manual doesn't exist.
Did some poking around and it looks like the '_EN' portion of the manual name got dropped off.
The other languages have '_##' extension but the English one does not.
Copied the manual, and added '_EN' to the name and it now works fine.
The strategy guide also has the same issue with the '_EN' missing.
