I could compile something - it would be done over time, not all at once. Are you just looking for Major Powers? What is the purpose of the list?

To campare a MWIF game with historical losses, are you doing better or worse? To help new players know that the losses took are okey.

I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to help much, but if you create the spreadsheet in GoogleDrive, it could be filled by several users (sharing the effort).

I wouldn't know google drive from a fairway drive [;)]. But that's fine, I'll just complete some as and when I can until completed. Thank-you.

Would it be possible to add number of submarines? Maybe tonnage of shipping? Perhaps even converted into SUBs, and CPs? Although I am not sure of how many submarines would make a SUB counter. I think I've seen a figure for that somewhere. And for CPs as well.
Maybe even the number of destroyers lost?
Or is that to much micromanagement?
Anyway. I appreciate the effort, and result, even without any extra bling.

Try duplicating what happened to Blucher in WiF! Not to mention Günther Prien's feat.

Well yes, except this is a strategic game and the naval war is suitably abstract. U-boats in the North Sea or German ships in the Baltic could be (with imagination [;)]) sailing up Oslofjord or entering Scapa Flow when they sink (or are sunk by) the enemy [8D]

Okay here is a slightly revised version.

In about 2004 Steve was asking for suggestions and I proffered a replay function with DVD style controls on a map that could be scrolled etc (perhaps one of the game maps).
Then I thought it would be cool if someone simulated the actual war as closely as possible and you could watch it on such a display. You would have to fudge things a bit but over six years the approximations would, I think, mostly even out. The ebb and flow of the Eastern Front, Japan's lightning advance etc.
People have started posting similar animations on YouTube. Here are a couple...

The first two MWIF turns:
I need to amend the CW destroyers in the summary to 3 as I am including ships lost to accident.
I am just wondering how to cover off minor powers (in MWIF they could be aligned/controlled by powers other than real life).

Nice looking ship.
Sad fate. [:(]
And if she trusted her luck, then one could say that the luck failed her.

You're not allowed to call it "Gipsy" anymore. It's HMS Traveller...still probably full of stolen horses though [:'(]

I daresay it'd be good to also note aircraft & army losses, ideally both the raw numbers and then converting them into MWiF counter equivalents.

This sounds like a lot of the people I have worked for.
