Air superiority missions and combat reports

Question for all.

I've run a lab scenario in which there is nothing but fighter units on both sides. The fighters are all on air superiority missions.

Running the scenario, TOAW declares (quietly) furballs and the air units tear into each other.

But I would not know that without querying the status of the units or looking at the TOAW log file. That is, no report of combat is produced.

Not sure if this is a bug that has already been addressed, or perhaps, simply the way the game functions. Comments welcome.

Cheers

I would like for there to be some kind of report about these furballs. Losses for instance.

Other than looking at inventory/replacement report there is no way to know what went on. What happens in the air stays in the air I guess. [:D]

I'm all for a report of some kind. Interdictions could use some of the same love.

Being a dedicated air-head([:D])I would like to see an easily accessed report also.

A Vegas Furball. Maybe we should ask the folks at Nellis.

If you need another vote for better air war reports, you have got mine. Many of the scenarios have extensive air war components, but air war component reports leave a lot to be desired.
Is this something that could be addressed in a future patch?

It shows in the Air Report/Air War Panel.
