3.0.2. Vichy Unable to Advance After Successful Blitz Attack

No form comes unit with units to advance. The only option is to hit the green button and continue on to the next land combat.
Don't know if this is a bug associated with hostile Vichy or a bug in general with this land combat and with the allies having no place to retreat.
