As above I want to start a game using GPs scenario 78 of focus Pacific.

I would rather not use any house rules, but I will look at any you want and maybe we can come to an agreement.

I do have some first turn rules I would like to put foward.
1. Allied TF that exist on turn one can change their orders, no new TFs can be created
2. Only ground and air units either in China or attached to China Command can be given orders on turn 1.
3. No deep penetrations by the Japanese( No Mersing turn 1, no Palambang, etc. )

I just downloaded 78 last night. I totally loved the original Focus Pacific and if btd64 has managed to correct the problems I heard about the pilot pools, then this is gunna be a totally sweet mod. Man - I so wanna toss my name in the hat but DOCUP is working on an upgrade to his mod and I just can't run two games. I hope you find a partner and do an AAR as I'd totally follow it. If you wanna do a really-slow game, say 2 turns per week I could fit you in. Otherwise I'll be playing this mod VS the AI. It'll still be fun but not as fun as running against a live opponent.

Two turns a week is a bit slow, but we will see if anyone else wants to try this mod. I have played one game of the original FP to mid 1943 and a somewhat toned down version until mid 42. I loved both game and had a lot of fun.

No worries. If you are interested later lemme know. I wish you good hunting in finding a partner; I really liked the first by Para and the SCN 78 mod looks like its gunna be lotsa fun.

Always looking for new scenario's but can't find this one please post a link; I won't pile on any more complaints about organizing the scenario page.
Not phishing for a game, unless my opponent continues to not read any email past 120 characters.
Always appreciated your work and your postings in the past, really helped with insights into the game engine.

I am going to close this game request. I think Brian is still working on some fixes.

I would like to reopen this game request. It would seem that my Japan tries have failed.
So I would like to try and find a good Japanese oriented player to play scenario 78.
As advertised, it is a wide open game with lots of things on both sides. Is there
a player out there that can take Japan to a victory?

Bumping, any JFBs that want to have a lot of toys to play with?

I was thinking more along the line of Evil Queen

I guess I can close this again. I have a slow game( 3 turns per week ) starting and another game has wrapped up and we are going to start a FP scenario 78 game also.
