How do you do it? I can't set it up that way.

AI vs AI is a debug option and to achieve this, use the F3 key prior to starting a game and it will enable the AI vs AI debug playback, which just means it will be an AI vs AI game. To cancel that mode, simply press F3 in game while the game is playing and once it returns to the human side (whichever side you selected in the options screen to play as, as if you are playing as that side in a regular AI game) it will then stop the AI vs AI at that point.
