allies taking Norway

Is it worth pre emptying German invasion and taking Norway as Allies
Don't think so but never tried
I dont know if there are any additional US/SU mobilization ramifications beyond the base declaring war on another country.
Looks like Oslo is only protected by 1 st garrison when you declare war but I dont think it can be be amphib attacked on first turn, so it will be at 5 when you attack.
Germans will blockade next turn if they haven't already.
Generally I find GB needs all the troops they have in '39/'40.
Its a more interesting idea than I first thought tho.
