3.0.1 MWIF non-reponsive on Final Production form

When I get to the Final Production form, MWIF becomes non-responsive (system is stuck on something, as the hard drive runs heavily). Impossible to continue the game. I tried several times with the same result. Here is a gamesave just before the Final Production form.

Okay, I ran through this several times.

The program does take a long time to complete Final Production for the Axis (> 3 minutes on my system) but it does eventually finish.

The reason it takes so long is that you have set a Default destination for an Italian build point, being traded to Germany, of Tromso in Norway. Now it just so happens that a member of my chorus is from Tromso, so I knew exactly where it was when I saw the name.

In order to deliver a build point to Tromso, the Axis would need a convoy in the Norwegian Sea, which they do not have. So the computer is trying its best to find someway to deliver that build point. Eventually it gives up and delivers it to Berlin, like the other 2 build points Italy is sending to Germany.

Thank you Steve for investigating this.

I will have to watch even more closely the Planning Form, because I did not put the destination as default to Tromso; the system did it!

I am well aware of another case, happening every game but at different turn: the 2 oil points traded from NEI to Japan change by themselves to "Default" Save to Ominato (green color). I am now aware it happens, and I have to manually undo it as soon as I see it. The more serious problem in this case is that I play with the saving build points option, but not the oil rules, hence this should not even happen. And yet, saved oil would appear at Ominato, and they can't even be used!
