I had a lot of fun playing this game with random defensive placements[8D] and I find it sad that ASL veterans are unable to win a difficult but winnable game anyway.[:(]

Try playing it at Very Hard level and enjoy it [:D].

Rico, Devastating Cheneux was pretty easy compared to the Awakening of Spring. The only chance I saw was to use the infantry as
tank fodder then move the AFV's closer to be able to penetrate the Russian armor. Lost a lot of good troops that way. [&:]
