Unlike single player when setting up a multiplayer game i cant see where the scripts can be changed..Is it possible. Namely Norway and denmark i dont want surrendering to Gemrnay without a DOW

Both sides have to use the same campaign. It'll be best to message your opponent and tell them that's how you'd like to play.
