Readiness Recovery

Is readiness recovery influenced by the hex troop density?
I noticed some cases of Panzer Division, resting on railways hexes (full supply) that quickly recover the supply but VERY slowly the readiness, in presence of other units in the same hex.

and what then can be the cause of the very slow recovery of readiness compared to the supply (same hex, same conditions ...)?

Supply recovery is dependent upon how lush the location is. Readiness recovery just takes time. If you are exhausted or battle fatigued, there's no shortcut to recovery.
