Possible bug: infinite raiding

I play a game as Axis started with the latest patch. I had a Soviet strength 2 sub trapped in the bay of Riga. It tried to escape by moving through two destroyers. Each time there was an explosion and it lost one strength point at a time. There was no NM boost as it supposedly was destroyed. I searched for it all the way to Leningrad and all along the merchant route from Finland to Germany but it wasn't there. So I concluded it was destroyed. And yet, for several turns now, I get a MPP deductment from this route because of "Allied raiding". Seems like the wrecked sub infinitely triggers this.

Bombers can be set to raid convoys, are you sure that's not it?

If this is a game vs. The ai you turn fog of war off and check.

That's true. It has been so long since I played the game I forgot about that option. I will keep a save for later as I don't want to ruin fog of war as of now.

I have been in similar situations and zoom out with FoW OFF in order to see what is where in limited detail. Not saying you want to do that, but maybe it can help.

Also if it is a sub/ship raiding there is typically a Question Mark on the highest zoom out indicating where the raid took place (previous turn of course).
