New Unit Handbook dialog window

Thank you for pointing out the typo on the Unit Handbook dialog (invoked when unit selected and F2 pressed), where NATO Symbol Cell and Unit Icon Cell line titles where the wrong way around. This has now been fixed, with correct version depicted below.
While at it, I thought to add a watermark to this dialog, and to Scenario Information dialog as well, to enliven things a bit. If interested, this is now available at the Mods section. They will also be included in a future UPDATE to CS Middle East.
