New Unit Handbook, Scenario Information dialog windows

This mod fixes a typo on Unit Handbook dialog, where NATO Symbol and Unit Profile pointer line titles where the wrong way around. It also adds a watermark picture to both Unit Handbook and Scenario Information dialogs.

There's a taller Unit list background image for the sidebar, for the 4K monitor players. Added Egypt and Israeli airforce insignias there, to occupy some empty space with the larger monitors.
