The product page mentions them as a new unit. Will they have special abilities and can you build them? Some games have Mountain Troops but they are only cosmetic. They don't have any different abilities than regular infantry.

We haven't yet finalized all the details just yet, but yes they will have slightly different abilities (i.e. bonuses) in the mountains reflecting the nature of their unit type.
