I can't get the game manual to open up. Any help.

Did you go to to where you have your game installed and tried opening the pdf?
In my case
A:\Games\Matrix Games\Gary Grigsby's World at War A World Divided\Manuals

If it does not open try reinstalling the game in case the file got corrupted.
If it fails let us know
