crashing and more

The game has been crashing at least once every 20 or 30 turns. Also noticing other funny things. At times units blink on and off for no reason. And last, clicking once on most units will be read as twice and instantly go into forced march mode.

Hi Hartmann301,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. This sounds very odd indeed and especially the issue you've mentioned about clicking on the units and it going to forced march mode.

Off hand this is the first I've heard of this and sounds system related as a result.

Can you provide more info?

- Version number?
- Campaign you are playing?
- AI, Hotseat or PBEM++

Also, if you can navigate to the following folder and post the contents of the errorlog.txt file that will help me to better understand what might be going on for you.

C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Strategic Command WWII - War In Europe\ERROR

Thanks,
Hubert

Thanks for getting back to me and unfortunately I don't see anything in the error log that is recent or under v1.16, is there more to the file?

Not that I'm seeing. There is an ERROR.sav file, but I can't attach.

Thanks and could you send it to me via a file transfer service such as WeTransfer?

https://wetransfer.com

Please send to support@furysoftware.com

If you could provide some futher info as well as what I should be looking for in the crash, i.e. your turn, or AI turn etc., or how to repeat it, that will help.

Thanks,
Hubert
