When an airfield attack is launched, does the FlAK unit in the hex participate in the defense?

Looking at the Combat Report it would seem not ... [&:][&:][&:]

what does it say in the toaw_log.txt file about that attack? You can find that file in the root directory for the game IF you have the switch turned on for that file to be produced. Player Options dialog.

I checked.

In fact in the TOAW_log the intervention of the FlAK is reported (moreover with very few damaged aircraft) ...

But then why does the Combat Report not highlight it?

I vaguely recall that the Combat Report does not show the exact losses for FOW reasons, but I could be mistaken. I can't recall if this begun back in ACOW or with TOAW II or that WOTY one.
