Possible Manual/Tutorial Error?

I've started to work through the tutorial and I've noticed some discrepancies between the hex coordinates in the manual and those in the, at least in my, game.

The manual reads: "Wuhan is in hex 185,60 (hex numbers are shown in the bottom left of the screen, just to the left of the central Information Panel)."

The bottom left of my screen reads, when I mouse over Wuhan: "Major City, Wuhan / Land, Temperate (191,60)"

That offset of +6 on the X-axis is reflected over all of the coordinates I have checked so far in the tutorial section of the manual. Restarting the game and/or campaign doesn't make a difference.

I'm wondering if their is something wrong with a) my reading comprehension, b) my installation or in the worst case c) the manual?

Any help would be appreciated!

PS Just installed the update via Steam, the problem unfortunately remains.

Hi Demon_arm,

Thanks for spotting this as we had widened the map by 6 hexes in the Atlantic, post release for one of the first patches, and it looks like we forgot to update the manual after that.

Hubert, thanks for your quick reply! Glad to be of service.

That is certainly a logical explanation. I can work with the +6 offset now that I know. It wasn't a problem until I was trying to find the target for the Japanese Medium Bombers. Otherwise I think the tutorial is really nicely done. I would suggest updating the manual as soon as possible, though, since (I hope) you'll be getting a host of new players from the Steam sales and the coordinate offset in the tutorial really throws total newbies quite a curveball.
