I am trying to land an Italian unit in North Afrika but the unit is not getting off the transport in a port I own. I am not sure why this is happening. I am playing a pbem game from storm over Europe.
Any help is appreciated

The harbour needs supply level 5 or more to unload a transport in one turn. Otherwise you need another turn to unload.

I might have this problem on a second turn, let me see

Try clicking on a land hex next to the port vs. on the port hex itself?
