Where can I follow the national morale figure of my major countries?

With the Report button, at the top of the screen, you will find a lot of charts, national moral inclued.

You can also enable the National Morale information bar at the top of your game screen from the OPTIONS->ADVANCED screen.

thanks a lot for the quick reply.
I found both solutions! The option was not on and I didn't looked yet in the report.
National morale is really not very changing although already considerable losses on opponent. Probably not the way to win from UK or USSR.
