I am still in the process of completely reading the manual, and experimenting with SUDG. I am curious as to when the Planet Killers become available, specifically which technology level they are available at, hopefully very late in the technology chain.

It's been a while since I've played, but if I remember right, planet killers cannot be researched, they are obtained as artifacts.
