Sorry for my English.
I am playing chains of war and there is lots of ASW aircraft.
When submarine is found all ASW aircraft are engaging.
Even an aircraft of RTB state and bingo fuel.
and some of them crashed because of fuel shortage.
This drives me crazy.
Please, help me

Okay, the main problem is that you have 'investigate contacts outside the patrol area' checked on your ASW missions. Uncheck this and they'll stick to contacts that are in their patrol zone.

You can use prosecution zones to expand their coverage a little if you like. Personally I like to have aircraft on 'barrier' or area patrols like you have, backed up by 'ready launch' aircraft assigned to ASW strike missions.

Running out of fuel and diverting from RTB is not great though, I'll pass this on to the other guys to see if we can improve that.

In the mean time unchecking the 'investigate contacts outside the patrol area' option should see a drastic improvement for you.
