logistics and trucks

This screen shot is from the logistics file.
The truck use is shown as being 38697 (I am fairly sure this is trucks used by depot) and seems to tie up with the Locations depo screen of the command report
Underneath is a summary but that shows 76,261 depot trucks used
I was wondering what the difference is ??
