Balance of play

I appreciate the concerns of balance. Great! However, war is not balanced. The problem programmers have is to strike a balance between historic accuracy and play ability. My suggestion would be to make artificial balance mods switchable.
The allure of playing 43 campaign as allies is its difficulty! As allies it does get much easier by start of 44 campaign. Rather than balancing game by destroying play, modify either victory conditions or decreasing advantages of meeting shortage requirements. Save non historic mode for special scenarios.
There is a great team of dedicated folks on the Matrix team. Thanks for the great work
