sc3 waw - can`t start it

hi hubert,
can you help me?
i can`t start sc3 waw. it`s loaded and than spring to the startscreen.
sc3 war in europe can i play.
both are steam last version.
sorry for my bad english.

Perhaps contacting Matrix support directly, by opening a ticket, will help resolve this very odd issue as they will have more experience with these kinds of problems on the Steam side of things.

The only method you can follow to fix the Steam Games Won't Launch or Steam won't open issue is disabling all the steam tasks running in the background.
To disable it,
1. Right-click on the windows icon and click the Task Manager.
2. After opening the Task Manager, locate all the Steam tasks.
3. Select the Task and click on the End Task which is located in the bottom right corner of your computer screen.
4. Restart your computer and check the Steam Games Won't Launch or Steam won't open issue is solved or not.
If the issue still prevails, make sure you follow the other methods provided below.
