I am using v2.28b in a multi player game on G1938v3 scenario. When I load the game to play from other player, I am getting approx 25 msg that I am missing graphics on some items. Most of the msg reference leaders & named vessels. I am up-to-date
on my patches. These items appear in their 'XX Century graphics' folder but not in mine. Is there anywhere I can upload this file?

The files you are missing are those from GD1938v3. They are part of the newest version of it. You can get them by downloading the GD1938v3 files from the scenario bank.
