In a PvP game against sveint, Germany invaded Turquey and Russia entered the territory.

Apparently they have high levels supply (in supply map) but actually they can not reinforce and their movement and readiness is cut back as if they were with no supply at all.

Is that a bug or there's some rule I'm missing there?

Has Turkey surrendered to the Axis?

If not this might be why, as if Turkey joins the Allies then it is a Minor to the UK, which isn't cooperative with the USSR.

Our latest 1.03 patch changed things so that in this instance the Red Army units should receive some supply from Turkish resources in this instance, but only up to a maximum of 3 (though HQs positioned in resources can use this to distribute significantly more to their units).

Even with two linked HQ I dont seem to get any supplies. I'd try to place them exactly over the cities...lets see...
