7.1.4 update to 7.1.8 error

I reinstalled OoB on my computer and got the 7.1.4 version. Then it said there is a newer version available (7.1.8). Tried to download and got an error warning: Error: Unable to download file. An error occurred when trying to open an FTP file. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks in advance.
