In a MP game, I am the allies and somehow I stopped the Swedish supply to Germany. How did I do this?
I have invested in diplomacy but they have not turned yet, and I have been raiding that run since turn one but that wouldn't matter would it?

nope, its been for over a year now...the line is gone off the map and the war map as well.

Have either the origin or destination port been captured or (with the latter) been blockaded by enemy shipping or bombed so that its strength is less than 5?

What is Sweden's political leaning at the moment?
