Missiles tracking to incorrect targets [Build 1009.31.2]

So I keep running into my AHM A2A and SAM missiles locking onto incorrect targets as they go active. This is with the firing platforms still in contact with their specific target, which used to have missiles continue to their original target. In the save provided both JF-17s have been engaged with AIM-120Bs from two separate F-16s, each targetting one hostile ac. When the Slammers go active, both lock onto the nearest JF-17. I expect this to perhaps happen if they were no longer getting updates from their launching ac and hadn't already locked to their specific target. But these missiles just go active and snap to the nearest target. Is this new behavior?
