I would like to suggest adding some additional building types sometime in the near future. All of these suggestions would just take existing buildings, and add a building that is taller than the current building.
1x1 Light - 12m (2 story wooden home)
1x1 Heavy - 12m
1x2, 2x1 Heavy - 25m (multi-story apartment buildings common in Europe)
2x2 Heavy - 36m
2x2 Warehouse - 25m

1x1 Heavy 25m

And trench / foxhole / bunker tile too.

As a defensive structure, how about turret (AT pillbox)?

PS) I agree we need 1x1 high building.
