Can anyone advise - what's the method to rename a unit type, and give it a new counter graphic?

I'm trying to replace Motor Torpedo Boats with a sort of frigate/corvette ASW ship and can update stats, research, costs, build limits etc in the Editor but don't know how to change the name away from Motor Torpedo Boat!
