Can't download Update 03

I've tried to download the update multiple times. At first it proceeded pretty slowly (~150kB/sec) and failed after a bit with some of the files downloaded. Now it fails to go at all. After "trying to create a handle for a long while (whatever that is) the update file simply says "failed to update". I tried straight off the product page but after proceeding slowly for a while it just stopped. Any suggestions?
