PBEM problem - v.1.16.03

My game has been updated to 1.16.03. But when i tried to play the game - multiplayer. I received an error message stating the i need to upgrade the version of my game to play the game. I have a screenshot of the error message, but having diffculty pasting in the forum.
Appreciate your help.

Same here. Even worse: after making sure that I had version 1.16.03 reinstalling the game from stratch - I have the Steam version.

Dispite game saying ive got new version cant log into server..Get the same old client miss match message and telling me to update. Here we go again

Seriously! WTF! In the middle of PBME game I have an error message that says I don't have the latest update. But I do have the latest update. I'm sorry, but this is way too screwed up. Please explain.

I updated last time to the community pack...So we can play the Mod scenarios...I have a horrid feeling all my games wont be compatible anymore
