I have updated to the 16.03 version. The check update says that I have the latest version. The PBEM server won't let me in because it says I need the 16.03 version.

2nd issue: Once again you have screwed up a PBEM game that I have been playing for weeks. Your update is not important to me. Why can't I continue to play using the old version? For that matter, I really don't care about the fixes you have made to the game. Why do you insist on doing updates when it causes such problems for people who are playing PBEM??? I haven't played a game against the brain-dead AI for years. Your PBEM community has different needs than the people who enjoy beating up on a computer.

There was an issue with the PBEM++ server in this one instance and not the game itself, it should be fixed now.

Also, while there are at times AI fixes and corrections, lately the clear majority of updates have in fact been fixes to the game play, including bug fixes and the addressing of game play balance which is especially important for PBEM++ games.

This can be confirmed in the VERSION NOTES or PATCH UPDATES file with each update.
