Playing the battleground Italy scenario all Level Bombers are set up with an auxilary fuel tank in their loadout regardless of whether they are in range of the target or not.
I have noticed that there is no green line from airbases to staging base but there is the normal line going from staging base to target

a) I have checked the position of staging bases and they seem sensible
b) I have looked at other scenarios and they seem to be working
c) I have uninstalled and re-installed war in the west but there is still the same problem

How do you get this information? Air group detailed screen(load out selection) or battle details?

I got the information from the air group detailed screen and from the commanders report

If set on AUTO air group will choose load out with longest range, just to display all possible ranges. When it comes to attack load out will be selected based on the range/supply,fuel,ammo situation and target type.

I.e. to see what auto load our WAS used, player have to look at the battle details (air tab).
