By 1965 there were 2 types of SP-guns staying in Czechoslovak inventory (the others were just scrapped by mid 1960s):

SU-100 (also designated as SD-100 or sometimes ShD-100)
- in service from 1953, domestic production
- in active service probably to early 1970s
- stored for mobilization units to early 1990s

ISU-152 (also designated as SD-152)
- in active service to early 1960s, stored to early 1970s
- some deployed with border troops between late 1960s to early 1970s, then scrapped

In second half of 1960s were 82mm BzK vz. 59 (recoilless gun) mounted on OT-62 and OT-810:

OT-810D
- armed with 82mm vz. 59 recoilless gun, night vision PPN-2 available for the gun with 350 m range
- in service from around 1968 to early 1990s, then scrapped

OT-62D
- armed with 82mm vz. 59 recoilless gun and kept turret with 7.62mm UK-59T and 82mm T-21 Tarasnice, night vision PPN-2 available for the gun
- in service from around 1967 to early 1990s, then scrapped

And ATGM carriers (AT-3 and AT-5):

9P133
- with 9M14P1
- in service from around 1975 to late 1990s

9P148
- with 9M113
- in service probably from 1984 to early 2000s

Do you know if was ISU-152 used in assault gun role or as indirect fire piece?
ISU-152 was kept in Soviet Army service as late as 1972, mostly in indirect fire role (they were equipped with dial sights, the range was ~15km) until enough 2S3 came in service, although it was a stop-gap measure with some limitations, for example, the gun elevation angle was not high, and therefore it could only fire in a relatively flat arc. Secondly, ammo load was low for such role and extra shells had to be placed near the SPG, and once the ammo rack ran dry, it took about an hour to replenish it. Alternatively, the shells could be handed to the loader one by one, further reducing already a non-exceptional rate of fire, resulting in lower effectiveness.

9P122 and similar earlier ATGM carriers were not used?

ISU-152 was used probably only in assault role. There is no indication of trying to use it in indirect role.

9P122 was not imported.

One 2P26 and one 2P27 were bought with some 3M6 missiles (AT-1) for testing and comparison with domestic ATGM project Volant. But Soviets offered licence for 9M14M missile as soon as it was developed so Volant project and ideas about further 3M6 import were cancelled.

So, if I understand well, no vehicle ATGM carrier was used until 1975?

Correct. AT battery in motorized rifle regiment had teams with man portable AT-3 with 9M14M and these teams used standard OT-64 for transport. This started to change in 1975 when these batteries were rearmed with 9x 9P133 in 3 platoons (not in all divisions). 9P133 were also allocated to AT battalions in motorized rifle divisions where it replaced 100 mm guns in third battery (the first two batteries retained 100 mm guns). This battery had however just 2 platoons so together 6 vehicles.

9P148 went to independent anti-tank regiments where it replaced third battery in AT battalion which had same organization as divisional AT battalion.

Mobilization anti-tank brigade (still planned to be created even in 1989 war plan) still counted with SD-100.
