I received notification that it was my turn in 2 of my multiplayer games that have been ongoing for several months. When I logged in the games are no where to be found. They aren't listed anywhere. Not sure what to do. Opened ticket number #2019091310000245 but so far no response. I have the Steam version, all of the DLC, Version is 8.1.0.

I cannot say for sure but I would guess that your issue had something to do with a glitch that they experienced upon releasing version 8.1.0. I don't play multi-player but I remember these threads:

Then there was this reassuring message from somebody who does know about multiplayer games:

So the answer to your problem may very well be to disregard any multiplayer business from before early August and to issue/accept new challenges.
