Oooooh.. I need to play with this idea. J-20 v. PAK-FA fights sound fun.

I think the scenario Ruby Slipper had a bit of action between Russian and Chinese forces, though the focus of the scenario was Russia/DPRK. Not sure if there are any others though, apart from watching the AI beat each other up in Reds from Chains of War, that is.

The Bear and the Dragon, in the community pack, is exactly what you're looking for.

Manage the transit of a Chinese Amphibious group along with her escorts, through the Korea Strait up to Vladivostok, while running a gauntlet of modern(ish) russian subs and missiles.

As for the aforementioned The Ruby Slip, while it is presented as Russia vs DPRK and with careful management can remain so, it's fully prepared to escalate into a shooting war with the Chinese if you get sloppy. So I think it can somewhat qualify for your request.
