I got the game through steam. How can I make sure I have 1.03 patch in use?

On steam i found a thread confirming Patch 1.03 = 1.0106

However reading through 1.03 notes I came across something which is not present on my 1.0106 game:
"Added command artyfirecavalry for have artillery to aim only to cavalry units -> new icon created"

This is certaily not the case - I tried this in QB battle.
Two artillery units of 16 guns each are standing opposite enemy cavalry and infantry regiments.
Firing at both. Howevver there is no icon to make artillery to fire at cavalry targets.

I tried downloading 1.03 patch from the site directly but could not use it as the menu says I have no Sc War Waterloo installed on my PC.

Hi Kolyan,

I can confirm that your game is updated to the last patch.

You have to use a different toolbar, like grog toolbar, in order to have more command, like arty fire to cavalry.

The vanilla one is very simple and miss many advanced orders
