AN issue with spotting

Just had two of my squads more or less walk over a Germans head and carry on. Some sort of sighting issue I think.
Was it a single (and possibly broken/routed) enemy soldier that was separated from his unit? There is a case where units will ignore these guys because they should be surrendering but the surrender doesn't happen. This will be addressed in an update.
