Classic UI?

Am I missing something? I can't see any difference between default and classic UI settings.

The Classic UI setting has to do with how you issue orders.
The default order UI is to right click at destination / target to get a context sensitive list of orders you can execute there.
If you set Classic UI on you have to right click the unit you want to give an order to, then drag the order line to the destination/target.
This could probably benefit from a more descriptive tool tip.
