Have Not played these for 20 Years ... Is the Campaign Working Now

Hi, sorry for the long title, however; years ago I gave up playing the East Front Campaign due to bugs in upgrades of equipment and units. Units would appear with one SP rather than 4 etc. It ruined the effort o trying to play the long campaign. So, is it fixed in 2019?

Campaign's will be revamped for East Front III.

units with 1 (SP) strongpoint is not a bug
