As this game and BA2 use the same engine and have very similar looking graphics even same size as each other is it possible to share graphic assets so you can use say a German Inf mod from BA2 in CCTBF

I don't know what was involved in that BA2 mod but you wouldn't be able to just drop in files, no. You will probably need to do some significant work to use the assets with TBF.
